The CLD provide a wide range of learning opportunities covering adult learning, adult literacy, community capacity building and youth work. Our project takes a holistic approach to the overall wellbeing of local disabled people with aim of improving the financial wellbeing, social inclusion and digital inclusion of our service users. Our service are delivered within our central office, in the community and in clients homes. Our project aims to increase and promote inclusion for people with disabilities by providing a range of services to assist them to become more involved and included in our communities, and will help those who acquire a disability or impairment to maintain their independence and inclusion, including assistance managing finances and benefits and maintaining independence at home.
StepwellStepwell is an innovative social enterprise company committed to improving the health, wellbeing and employment opportunities of vulnerable people living in Inverclyde. Stepwell have a commitment to establishing new business in order to contribute to the economic regeneration of Inverclyde. This will result in increasing employment and training opportunities for loal people with a specific focus on those who are furthest from the labour market. Your VoiceYour VoiceYour Voice is a no-for-profit organisation whos key aim is to allow local people to have the opportunity to be involved in community engagement and consultation processes. There are many groups available for local people to get in involved in including tea dances, Inverclyde Globetrotter Walking Network, Heart Lives Inverclyde, Active at Your Leisure and many more.
